For new clients.

Virtual therapy includes sessions via telephone or video from the comfort of your own space. Setting time aside in our day for ourselves can be difficult; virtual therapy allows for this to be more accessible.

During your initial counselling session we will explore your concerns, where you are starting at and where you would like to be. Whether you are seeking support with symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, or other difficulties; we will work on building strategies together.

For ongoing clients.

Often times one counselling session is all that is needed to feel a shift towards thriving in our lives versus just surviving. However, life can be difficult; if you are looking for more support, we can create an individualized plan together for further virtual counselling sessions. 

I meet with clients on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis depending on your needs and goals.
